Shipping Information
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and 5-7 business days for other areas.
Shipping Cost
Flat rate shipping of Rs. 250 for orders within Pakistan. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and SMS. You can track your order on our tracking page.
Packaging
Every Metalli poster arrives in gift-ready packaging. The metal poster is protected with bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box with our branding. The magnetic mount is included separately with installation instructions.

Return Policy

7-Day Return Window
You can return your poster within 7 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
Condition Requirements
The poster must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
Return Process

- 2.Send us photos of the product and packaging
- 3.We'll arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- 4.Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Custom Orders
Custom metal posters with your own designs are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your poster arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
