Our Commitment

At Metalli, we want you to love your metal poster. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

7-Day Return Window

You can return your poster within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The poster arrives damaged during shipping
  • There is a manufacturing defect (scratches, dents, printing errors)
  • The product is not as described on our website
  • You received the wrong item

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The poster must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The magnetic mount must be included if it was part of the original package
  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

    Contact Us

    Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. 2.
    Provide Photos

    Send clear photos of the product and any damage or defects. Also include photos of the packaging.

  3. 3.
    Approval

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.

  4. 4.
    Return Shipping

    We'll arrange courier pickup or provide return shipping details. For damaged or defective items, return shipping is free.

  5. 5.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Easypaisa/JazzCash: Refund within 24-48 hours to your mobile wallet
  • Bank Transfer: Refund within 3-5 business days to your bank account
  • Card Payments: Refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. If you receive a damaged poster, we'll send you a replacement at no cost.

We do not offer exchanges for size or design changes. If you'd like a different design or size, you'll need to place a new order.

Custom Orders

Custom metal posters with your own designs are non-refundable unless:

  • The poster arrives damaged during shipping
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error in production (wrong size, incorrect design reproduction)

Please carefully review your design and size selection before placing a custom order. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Bulk and Corporate Orders

Bulk orders (10+ items) and corporate gifting orders have specific terms outlined in your order agreement. Contact us directly to discuss returns or refunds for bulk purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Used or mounted posters
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom orders (unless damaged or defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"

Damaged During Shipping

If your poster arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you

All our posters are carefully packaged to prevent damage. If shipping damage occurs, we take full responsibility and will make it right.
